At about 7:00 pm on Thursday the City of Canandaigua Police Department charged Wyatt C. Austin, age 18 of Canandaigua, with criminal sale of a controlled substance in third degree. Austin is accused of selling heroin on multiple occasions in the area of Parkway Plaza. He was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash $20,000 bond.
